Harrington dry gin is steeped with sloe berries picked from local hedgerows. The ABV is kept at 30% to allow the character of the fruit to shine through and this produces an intensely fruity but not oversweet liquor abundant with cherry and almond undertones. A wonderful addition to the WE collection that can be enjoyed all year round.
