A rich and clean juniper-driven spirit with floral layers of lavender and chamomile, notes of citrus and kaffir lime, grounded with the subtle sweetness of local honey. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. At our small distillery nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills, we draw water from the Silent Pool and hand craft a classic gin - fullbodied, fresh, with depth and clarity, it is both traditional and refreshingly individual.
