Gin soaked raspberries are mushed down to produce this devine tasting jam from the Pinkster crew. Fantastic in a 'Gin N Jam' cocktail. 50ml Pinkster Gin, 10ml Lemon Juice, Large spoon of Gin Jam. Shake in a Iced shaker and serve in a crushed ice glass with raspberry garnish.  Beautiful!!
