A wonderful edition to the Pinkster range. Given its a crying shame to let anything gin soaked go to waste, we hit upon the idea of boozy berries. These inebriated little blighters are left over from making Pinkster, our rather quaffable gin, infused with fresh, locally grown raspberries. We hadn't reckoned on the nations appetitie for boozy baking- these are wonderful dipped in chocolate, baked in a cake or pimping up your prosecco! Waste not want not!
