Malfy Gin is distilled by the Vergnano Family in Italy. The key botanicas are Italian Juniper , Amalfy Coast lemons,coriander and five other secret Italian botanicals these are distilled in a traditional stainless steel vacuum still to capture the fresh and zesty aromas. Italy claims to be the birthplace of Gin created by monks in 1050. A definite Mediterranean favourite of mine.
