Nose: Fragrant and gently spiced with subtle juniper, orange blossom and chipotle.
Palate: Coriander seed, dry, hint of chipotle again as well as rhum agricole, minerality, juniper and a hint of anise.
Finish: Spicy and still fragrant.
Overall: An intriguing, spicy, slighty floral gin with great balance and character.
