Hoxtons is created initially in the same way as a London Dry Gin, but with an infusion of fresh grapefruit and coconut created by Gerry Calabrese of the Hoxton Pony. Works perfectly in the classic G&T but this versatile drink works great with other mixers like ginger ale and cranberry juice for a range of simple serves.
