This tasty Scottish gin is made with a selection of local botanicals including hawthorn, heather, milk thistle, marshmallow root and Scottish pine needles, alongside juniper, lemon and orange. While this is where the variations all begin, Gin Bothy Original is very much its own delicious thing and not simply a base.
Tasting note: Robust and refreshing, Gin Bothy Original put juniper to the fore and backs it up with pine. Balancing sweetness of milk thistle and citrus develops on the mid-palate.
