Our signature London Dry Gin was created as a sipping gin that tastes great neat, over ice of with your favourite tonic.  The Divine taste. Nose - juniper at the fore with undertones of sweet citrus. Palate - initial sweetness from the juniper and coriander followed by peppery notes delivered by the cubeb berries and grains of paradise. Finish - a warming spicy smoothness from the cinnamon and liquorice, perfectly smooth and well balanced. Perfect serve, fever tree naturally light garnished with strawberries to compliment the pepper notes.
