We infuse juniper buds and berries to ensure that we distil the driest gin possible, followed by 10 fine botanicals including; cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander, cardamom, cloves, liquorice and lemon. Why Chase GB? Some people think we're eccentric making gin from potatoes, but we love potatoes and we love gin. Our family has a passion for farming and we distil from scratch, taking 250 glorious Herefordshire potatoes to make every bottle. Chase GB is made by copper stilling Chase Potato Vodka (did you know gin is made from vodka?!) with juniper buds and berries along with 10 wild botanicals to create the driest gin imaginable.
