Agnes Arber Gin is a premium gin with nine botanicals; angelica, cassia, coriander, grapefruit, iris, juniper, lemon, liquorice and orange distilled together to create this marvellous concoction.
Agnes Arber was the first woman to be presented a Gold medal from the Linnean Society, a world-famous institution dedicated to the study of natural history. Agnes was born in 1879, and was famed for her work on botany and philosophy. By the time of her death in 1960, Arber had published an extensive library of books and represented a milestone in the recognition of women in science. A wonderful and lingering gin- try neat to begin with or a slice of fresh grapefruit and an aromatic fever tree tonic to compliment the botanicals. 41.6% 70cl
