An elegant, refined Spanish gin from the Mascaró, who started producing their drinks back in the 1940s. Gin 9 focuses around the bright, spicy, subtly pine-y notes of juniper, with hints of citrus and black pepper coming through on the mid-palate. For many years Antonio Mascaró produced a Dry Gin as a result of the alcohol distillation flavoured with juniper berries (Juniperus communis) and so he was able to gain the apprecaition of the iconic gin-lovers tonic.

Tasting: Transparent colour. On the nose, notes of classic juniper that combines with fresh aromatic citrus notes. Spicy tasty, with hints of Mediterranean juniper. The end reminds black pepper with a long and pleasant presence in the mouth.
