These unique botanicals are complemented with water drawn from the world famous Harrogate aquifer, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients from around the world.
Fill your G&J balloon glass to make sure your glass is chilled to perfection then add a generous measure of Slingsby Harrogate Gin. This gin gives and initial hit of citrus followed by the hearty juniper twang to follow so I found that if you add a squirt of fresh lime juice then mix with Primrose hill Grapefruit tonic water it tastes truly wonderful. Finally garnish with a grapefruit wedge, sit back and enjoy!
